Q: How do I call the states from Japan?
A: From an on-base landlines dial off base access code + 0120-944-473, from an off-base landlines and red payphones dial 0120-944-473, from any Japanese cellular phone dial 0032-488, from AU cellular phones dial 00534-9019. Wait for the tone, dial your pin number, dial #. Dial country code (USA = 1), area code, and number, i.e. 1-800-555-xxxx.
If you have a Softbank cellular phone, dial #7788390 + country code + area code + phone number + "call." Enter pin number and press #. Pin number will be automatically registered to your Softbank cellular phone. To place additional calls from Softbank cellular phones, just dial #7788390 + country code + area code + phone number + "call."

Q: I've used up the minutes on my card, am I able to recharge my card?
A: Route K-OK Prepaid Calling Cards are not rechargeable.
Q: When I try to call a number in the states, I keep receiving a "this caller has anonymous calls blocked". What do I do?
A: Some telephone companies have a service that allows customers to block anonymous calls. Our calls appear as anonymous calls to the receiving phone company. Most phone cards, including Route K-OK Prepaid Calling Card, operate like this. This block can only be undone by the party on the receiving end. Sometimes, if you keep trying, the call will go through. Please note that there is nothing we can do on our end in order to bypass this feature.
Q: Can I use my Route K-OK Prepaid Calling Card in another country?
A: Route K-OK Prepaid Calling cards can be used in Japan, Korea, and the USA.
Q: If I use the Route K-OK card from my cell phone, will I be charged extra on my cell phone?
A. There are no local cell phone charges when using the Route K-OK card. However, please note that the call rates from landlines differ from cell phones.
Q: How much and where can I purchase the Route K-OK Prepaid Calling Card?
A. Route K-OK Prepaid Calling Cards are sold for $20 a card and can purchased at major AAFES facilities, Kadena's Schilling Community Center, and Okinawa USOs (Futenma, Hansen, Kadena, and Schwab).
